DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
Establezca estaciones y recoja todos los suministros necesarios para prepararse para el servicio
Prepare una variedad de alimentos que incluyan carne, mariscos, verduras y alimentos fríos
Preparar salsas y guarniciones para la estación asignada
Cubra, etiquete, ponga la fecha y almacene correctamente todos los alimentos según los procedimientos seguros de manipulación de alimentos
Informar al chef con anticipación de la posible escasez
Prepara platos por encargo
Instala cubos y toallas desinfectantes
