El carnicero procesará y almacenará una variedad de carne de calidad y artículos relacionados con la carne de manera cuidadosa, limpia, ordenada y conveniente; asegurando que el producto sea fresco y esté preparado de manera atractiva para nuestros clientes.
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
Maneja el recorte de carne; Uso de cuchillos
Capacidad para preparar carnes, controlar las porciones del menú y la presentación de los alimentos según los estándares de la empresa
Responsable de la preparación, configuración, desmontaje y limpieza de la estación de trabajo
Se siente cómodo delegando tareas
Realizar inventario, pedidos y recepción
Mantiene la higiene de la cocina y el equipo
Instala cubos y toallas desinfectantes
Revise la cortadora de carne para asegurarse de que funcione correctamente
Comprobaciones de temperatura de todas las neveras portátiles y de acceso
Controles de temperatura de congeladores retráctiles
