Temp. Marketing Generalist-Part Time,Prop Advertising (Harrah's SoCal)

Responsibilities

• Actively manages the department workflow by receiving, reviewing and trafficking of all in-coming work order in a timely manner. Obtain additional details and direction from clients as necessary.

  Manage daily client communication regarding project status, approvals, and scheduling

• Provides administrative assistance to the advertising department on day-to-day activities, including responding to vendor phone calls and emails

• Responsible for opening requisitions and working with Purchasing on the coordination of POs and deliveries.

• Participates in traffic and production meetings with the team to ensure all projects are on time. 

• Provide clear, thorough written direction to appropriate teams (creative) per type of project including, but not limited to, the design team, copy writer and agency partners.

• Manages production supplies and places orders as needed. 

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.    
• Willingness to work in any assigned department and on any projects.
• Fast-paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraints.

Pay: $25.00 an hour

Preference is given to qualifies tribal members and members of other federally recognized tribes.
