This role supports branch operations, ensures compliance with bank policies, and contributes to a positive client experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Greet and assist HAB Bank clients, delivering courteous and professional service.

Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and issue cashier’s checks.

Conduct daily proof of ATM and cash on hand.

Assist in opening and closing the vault; balance vault currency and coin.

Refer customers to appropriate team members for specialized banking needs.

Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.

Balance cash drawer and vault daily.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.

Adhere to all bank policies, including fraud prevention and robbery guidelines.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
