 We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Teller who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As a Teller, you will be one of the first people our members interact with, creating positive experiences while helping them with their day-to-day financial needs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding service to members and create a welcoming branch experience.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, and money orders.
• Answer member questions and help resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that support members’ financial goals.
• Build strong relationships that encourage member loyalty and trust.
• Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Travel to other branch locations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three years of customer service, banking, cash handling, or related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and office software.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
