ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with policy questions and provide friendly, responsive service in person, over the phone, and through email.Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities and schedule appointments for the agent.
 Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.

Hourly pay plus commission/bonus Requirements

•  Sales experience (such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
• Experience with outbound calling or lead generation preferred  
• Understanding of and willingness to consistently make calls to generate new business opportunities
•  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas preferred
•  People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
•  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
•  Able to learn computer functions and office systems
•  Property and Casualty license required 
•  Successful candidate should be available to work 12 to 15 hours per week

Compensation: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
