Teeth Whitening Specialist (Part-Time – DFW Area)

We Whiten is one of the fastest-growing teeth whitening studio brands in the country, with 23+ locations across Texas, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and New Mexico. Our studios deliver a premium whitening experience and our people are the reason clients come back and bring their friends.

The Role

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk position. We're hiring a Studio Floater for our DFW market, a hybrid role for someone who can sell, connect, and create. You'll split your time across three lanes:

• Referrals — You're the referral engine for your market. You'll work every client interaction to generate referrals.
• Content — You'll capture content in-studio of client reactions and have no fear of asking a happy client for a quick reaction video.
• Coverage — On high-volume days, when a studio needs double coverage, you're servicing clients and closing memberships right alongside the team. You'll float between our DFW locations based on where the volume is.

What You'll Do

• Service clients and close memberships when on the floor — you'll be fully trained on our process
• Ask for referrals at every opportunity
• Capture and submit content daily
• Move between locations in your market based on the schedule and volume
• Bring energy that makes clients want to come back

Who You Are

• A natural closer — Door -to-door, fitness sales, automotive sales, automotive sales background is a plus.
• Reliable and flexible — your schedule flexes with the busy days, including weekends
• You have reliable transportation (you'll move between studio locations)
