We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Tile & Grout Restoration Technician to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

Every job is different, but your day will typically involve:

• Deep cleaning tile, grout, stone, and other hard surfaces using professional equipment and products
• Restoring discolored and deteriorated grout
• Applying grout color sealant to create a clean, uniform appearance and protect against staining
• Performing minor tile and grout repairs
• Inspecting surfaces and determining the appropriate restoration process
• Using specialized tools and equipment to transform surfaces
• Working directly with homeowners and business owners in a professional, courteous manner
• Explaining the work being performed and answering customer questions
• Protecting customers' homes and property while you work
• Maintaining and caring for your tools and equipment
• Completing jobs to Sir Grout's quality standards

Experience

Tile and grout experience is a plus, but we're interested in more than just traditional tile technicians.

Your previous experience in any of the following may translate well to this position:

• Handyman work
• Auto detailing
• Professional cleaning
• Restoration
• Pressure washing
• Other skilled trades or hands-on work

If you have good mechanical instincts, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we can teach you our specialized restoration process.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

You may start the morning loading your equipment and reviewing the day's jobs. Then you'll head to a customer's home or business, inspect the surfaces, discuss the work with the customer, and get to work.

You'll spend the day cleaning, repairing, restoring, sealing, and transforming tile and grout surfaces.

At the end of the job, you'll often have a very satisfying moment: looking at the finished surface and seeing just how different it looks from when you arrived.

Then it's on to the next transformation.
