Specific Responsibilities:

Court Monitor:

• Safety First: Ensure the safety of all guests by actively monitoring the courts, enforcing park rules, and addressing potential hazards.
• Friendly Enforcer: Politely and professionally communicate safety guidelines and address rule violations.
• Guest Engagement: Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere by interacting with guests, answering questions, and providing assistance.

Front Desk Cashier:

• Welcome with a Smile: Greet guests warmly and efficiently, processing admissions and purchases.
• Cash Register Pro: Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency, handling various payment methods.
• Guest Information Guru: Answer questions about the park, promotions, and events.
• Sell the Fun: Promote birthday parties, memberships, and other Altitude offerings.

Concessions Staff:

• Food & Beverage Expert: Prepare and serve food and beverages with speed and accuracy, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Customer Service Champion: Deliver friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain the Fun Zone: Keep the concession area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed.
