ABOUT SOCCER 5

Soccer 5 is coming to Texas. Our first location will open in Everman with six outdoor fields where players, families, teams, and the community can play, compete, and connect.

We’re looking for dependable people who enjoy staying active, helping customers, and being part of a team. Soccer experience is a plus, but how you show up matters more than how many goals you’ve scored.

THE ROLE

No two shifts will look exactly the same. You may welcome a youth team, help customers check in, prepare a field, support a party, answer questions, restock supplies, or solve a problem before it affects someone’s experience.

This is an active, hands-on job. You’ll help keep the facility safe, clean, organized, and ready to play. Great Team Members notice what needs attention, take action, and communicate when they need help.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome customers and help with reservations, payments, waivers, and field assignments.
• Support rentals, pickup soccer, leagues, youth programs, camps, parties, and events.
• Prepare and reset fields and equipment.
• Keep fields, restrooms, concessions, and customer areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Check for safety concerns and report incidents, damage, or maintenance needs.

• Identify natural sales and upselling opportunities by asking about customer needs and recommending additional field time, recurring rentals, leagues, programs, parties, events, or concessions.
• Record qualified leads, rebookings, and follow-up details accurately so opportunities do not get lost.
• Complete opening, closing, and shift checklists accurately.
• Arrive on time, support your teammates, and respond positively to coaching.
• A great shift is simple: customers feel welcome, fields are ready, the facility looks good, and your teammates know they can count on you.

We’re looking for someone who already understands what it means to work a customer-facing shift: arrive on time, stay productive, communicate professionally, and support the team until the job is done.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least one year of paid, customer-facing work experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, recreation, events, sports, or a similar environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication is required. You must be comfortable assisting customers and communicating with teammates in both languages.
• Available for at least three shifts per week, including evenings, weekends, and closing shifts.
• Dependable, responsible, and ready to work when your shift begins.
• Friendly and comfortable communicating with players, parents, coaches, and teammates.
• Able to remain calm, respectful, and solution-focused when someone is frustrated.
• Willing to clean restrooms, remove trash, restock supplies, and complete other hands-on facility tasks.
• Comfortable making helpful sales recommendations without using high-pressure tactics.
• Able to work actively outdoors and safely move routine equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable learning booking, payment, scheduling, and communication systems.
• Willing to complete applicable background screening, safeguarding, and training requirements.

Previous sports-facility or recreation experience is helpful but not required. Soccer knowledge and bilingual English and Spanish communication are both a plus.

COMPENSATION

Hourly pay: $15 to $17 per hour.
