If so, Capriotti’s is the place to be! We are currently sourcing for a Team Member to join our team at our Town Madison location in Madison, AL. We understand that our most important asset is our people. Everyone is valuable and every contribution counts!

You are the face of the company and will provide uncompromising standards of quality and service by ensuring hot food is always served hot, cold food cold, all food fresh, in a clean environment, with a smile.  Team Member Responsibilities 

• Customer Service Skills: We are a small shop, and all of our team members interact with our guests. Good listening and communication skills will serve you well. 
• Uphold a professional appearance within dress code guidelines
• Time Management Skills: Our shop gets busy quickly, and there is always something to do! 
• Flexibility: You might be asked to work nights, weekends, and extended hours. Having a flexible schedule is key. 
• Teamwork: You will need to work with your team to create a great experience for our guests. A great team provides a great work environment.  
• Must adhere to Capriotti’s high standard of food quality and recipes.
• Complete all training programs assigned to the specific duty. This is a requirement and is ongoing throughout the duration of your employment. 

 Team Member Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills are required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• At least 16 years of age

*Our business hours are 10AM-9PM Monday-Saturday, and 10AM-8PM Sundays, so no early mornings or super late nights*
