JOB SUMMARY
Urban Air is seeking qualified and energetic individuals for Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host and Café Positions. Applicants MUST have reliable transportation to and from the Park, and must possess the ability to work at least one (1) shift between Monday-Thursday and two (2) shifts between Friday-Sunday.

Core Responsibilities & Duty Alignment

  • Ensure absolute guest safety through precise harness fittings, secure attachment point checks, and active attraction monitoring.

  • Positively reinforce park safety rules and immediately resolve any potential hazards.

• Hospitality Always (H)

  • Deliver enthusiastic, engaging interactions with children and parents from entry to departure.

  • Exceed customer expectations to drive repeat visits, and proactively share the value of our cost-saving memberships with guests.

• Integrity in Everything (I)

  • Adopt company values to make every guest feel welcome, fully owning your assigned court positions with complete accountability.

• Neat, Clean & Ready (N)

  • Participate actively in keeping the park spotless, maintaining disinfected attraction gear, clean floors, and pristine rest areas throughout every shift.

• Energy, Excitement & FUN (E)

  • Coach, encourage, and celebrate kids as they take on new physical challenges.

  • Bring high energy to shift huddles, party hosting, and daily guest interactions to keep the park spirit electric.

Team Alignment & Execution: All Team Members participate in the Pre-Shift Huddle to review the daily S.H.I.N.E. focus and align on our shared mission: "Craft the Best Hour of Childhood, Every Single Shift."

Previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred, but not required. We encourage, but do not require, athletic-minded individuals to apply due to the  physical nature of the business as all team members are required to perform to equal levels of performance or greater.
