Our Teacher's Assistants guide children through engaging activities within classrooms at the beginning and end of the day and provide staff breaks throughout the day.  They build positive relationships with our little ones and are a valuable part of our team.

Our IDEAL Teacher's Assistant:

• is able to work 28-32 hours a week: 
  • 9:00-1:00 MWF; 9:00-4:00 T; and 9:00-6:00 R  OR
  • 8:30-3:30
• has a high school diploma;
• must have 6 months of experience in licensed child care or school setting;
• is pursuing Child Care and/or Education as a career;
• is positive;
• is professional;
• is passionate about the care and education of young children.

Salary: $15.75 - $17.00 per hour ($32,760 - $35,360 yearly)
