Job Description
Join Our Team as a Teacher Aide – Make a Difference Every Day!
Location: Elementary School(s) in Wilsonville School District
Schedule: Must be available to start by 2:00 PM weekday afternoons
Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years or older
Position Type: Part-Time, 2:00pm to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday
Starting Pay: $17.20+ per hour (Based on experience and education)
Start Date: ASAP!

You’ll support our K-5 students with:
- Fun and engaging activities like arts, crafts, STEM, and group games
- Daily routines such as snack time, recess, and quiet time
- A caring and structured space where kids can learn, play, and thrive
What We’re Looking For
If you’re kind, dependable, and love working with kids, we want to hear from you!
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with elementary-aged children (babysitting, camp, school, or volunteer work)
- Familiarity with child development or youth programs
Required before your first day (we’ll help you get these):
- Enrolled in Oregon’s Central Background Registry
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Oregon Food Handler’s Permit

We offer a personal level of service and attention that enables us to partner with schools, communities, and families to provide positive outcomes for the students in our programs. We have a scholarship fund that helps bridge the economic gap for qualified working families who need a bit of financial assistance to help with childcare costs.
We have grown to 16 locations in 3 school districts over the years. With over 30 years of combined experience in education and business, the owner has a passion for providing quality services to working families and their children. She is excited to be able to offer an innovative and creative program that meets the needs of today's students. She is committed to finding, training, and retaining quality staff.
Our program at Club K After School Zone follows the guidelines set forth by the National After School Association and meets or exceeds all licensing requirements in the state of Oregon for childcare programs.
