What You'll Do

As our Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you'll serve as a strategic partner in attracting exceptional employees for a variety of roles across the organization.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
Recruit for high-volume frontline positions as well as professional and leadership roles
Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
Maintain candidate pipelines and talent networks
Create recruiting strategies to attract top talent

Community Engagement & Networking

Attend job fairs, community events, workforce development activities, and networking events
Build relationships with colleges, career centers, workforce agencies, and community organizations
Develop partnerships that create long-term recruitment opportunities

Recruitment Marketing

Create engaging job advertisements and social media content
Promote Siffrin's employment brand across multiple platforms
Identify creative ways to connect with potential candidates

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Track recruiting performance and hiring metrics
Evaluate sourcing effectiveness
Recommend innovative approaches to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experiences

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
Minimum two years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring initiatives simultaneously
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, or similar platforms

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience recruiting in healthcare, human services, social services, behavioral health, long-term care, or developmental disabilities
Experience with high-volume hiring
Social media recruiting experience
Knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and pipeline development
Professional HR or recruiting certifications

Experience in the Developmental Disabilities field is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for finding great people.
