We are looking for our US site a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global People team at NoTraffic. In this role, you’ll help redefine and run our end-to-end hiring process, encompassing various roles across GTM functions and Operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process to ensure timely, high-quality hires.

Your day to day will include:

• Manage end-to-end hiring processes by planning, initiating, and executing the full recruitment workflow.
• Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone and in-person or video conferencing.
• Drive proactive sourcing with strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, leveraging professional networks, events, and referrals, while building and nurturing long-term talent communities.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize recruitment processes.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and address hiring needs.
• Foster a team-wide commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter in a hi-tech company, leading end-to-end recruitment processes for GTM roles.
• Experience as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner or as the sole recruiter supporting a business unit or region, with full ownership of the recruitment function.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-scaling, high-growth technology company.
• Experience working in a technology company.
• Ability to manage a high volume of open positions efficiently.
• Experience owning US employment and hiring compliance across states, while building and maintaining fair, consistent people processes.
• Expertise in sourcing candidates - a must.
• Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools; experience with Comeet is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a clear commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Excellent communication skills when working with candidates and hiring managers.
• Availability to work across all U.S. time zones.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
