We partner with clients to solve their most complex business problems and we do it in a highly collaborative, local-market approach, giving clients senior-level attention and giving our consultants room to grow, lead, and build.The Talent Acquisition Manager, EPM will own recruiting strategy and execution for Thought Logic’s growing Enterprise Performance Management practice.

This is more than managing requisitions. We’re looking for someone who can become deeply embedded in the EPM ecosystem, build relationships across the OneStream, Oracle EPM, Pigment, and broader performance management communities, and develop the networks that help us find exceptional talent before we need it.

You’ll partner closely with EPM practice and business leaders to understand where the business is going, translate growth plans into talent strategies, and recruit across the full spectrum of the practice, including architects, developers, functional consultants, delivery leaders, practice leaders, and go-to-market talent.

This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who still loves the hunt, but also knows how to step back and think strategically about markets, talent pools, competitive intelligence, and long-term pipeline development.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition for Thought Logic’s EPM practice, supporting hiring across OneStream, Oracle EPM, Pigment, and adjacent performance management technologies.
• Build and maintain deep talent networks within the EPM ecosystem, developing relationships with high-value candidates well before an active hiring need exists.
• Recruit across a broad range of roles, including solution architects, developers, technical and functional consultants, delivery leaders, practice leadership, sales, business development, and go-to-market talent.
• Partner closely with EPM practice leaders to understand capability gaps, growth priorities, upcoming demand, and the talent required to support the future of the business.
• Develop proactive sourcing and pipelining strategies for highly specialized and difficult-to-find talent.
• Become a student of the EPM market, understanding key competitors, talent movements, certifications, technology trends, compensation dynamics, and where top talent sits.
• Represent Thought Logic within the EPM community through conferences, industry events, user groups, networking opportunities, and other ecosystem activities.
• Build authentic relationships across the OneStream, Oracle, Pigment, consulting, and partner communities that strengthen Thought Logic’s reputation as a destination for EPM talent.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to practice leadership, helping influence hiring profiles, compensation decisions, location strategies, and workforce planning.
• Develop creative approaches for engaging passive candidates who may not be actively considering a move.
• Lead intake and calibration conversations with hiring leaders to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, evaluation criteria, and market realities.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and close.
• Use recruiting data and pipeline insights to identify challenges, adjust strategies, and help leaders make better talent decisions.
• Collaborate across the Talent Acquisition team, sharing market knowledge, sourcing strategies, and relationships that can support broader firm growth.
• Help continue building and improving Thought Logic’s recruiting processes, tools, employer brand, and overall approach to talent acquisition.

What You'll Bring

• At least 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with meaningful experience recruiting within Enterprise Performance Management, Corporate Performance Management, financial systems, or closely related consulting and technology markets.
• Existing knowledge of and relationships within the OneStream, Oracle EPM, Pigment, or broader EPM ecosystem.
• Experience recruiting specialized consulting talent across technical, functional, architecture, delivery, leadership, and/or go-to-market roles.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and a demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive talent in highly competitive markets.
• The credibility to partner directly with senior practice leaders and challenge assumptions when market conditions or candidate feedback suggest a different approach.
• A strong understanding of relationship-driven recruiting and the patience to develop talent communities that create value beyond an individual requisition.
• Comfort representing an organization externally at conferences, industry events, networking opportunities, and within professional communities.
• Experience recruiting within consulting, professional services, software, or another fast-moving environment where specialized talent is critical to growth.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches, pipelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Comfort using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology. Experience with Pinpoint is a plus, but curiosity and adaptability matter more.
• A builder’s mentality. You’re energized by creating networks, processes, strategies, and relationships rather than simply inheriting them.
• The judgment to know when to move quickly, when to dig deeper, and when the right candidate is worth playing the long game.
