Talent Acquisition Partner
We're looking to add a Talent Acquisition Partner to our Buchanan recruiting team!
This role is all about recruiting top-performing sales talent. If you're the type of recruiter who loves sourcing passive candidates, building relationships, and landing candidates that everyone else wishes they had, I want to talk to you.
This isn't a "post a job and wait" recruiting position. We're looking for someone who enjoys the hunt, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and thrives on finding exceptional talent before anyone else does.
A few things we're looking for:
✅ 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
✅ Proven success recruiting sales professionals
✅ Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
✅ Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
✅ Someone who is competitive, relationship-driven, and loves a challenge
Bonus points if you have experience recruiting in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, staffing, or another high-volume sales environment.
Location: Fort Wayne, IN preferred, but we're open to discussing remote opportunities for the right person.

Buchanan Hauling and Rigging, Inc. is a comprehensive full-service transportation company that provides a range of services including full truckload van and flatbed service, less than truckload (LTL) service, and a logistics division to cater to all your transportation needs. Apart from our regular truckload and LTL service, we also offer an expedited service.
Our primary headquarters, situated in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is staffed round the clock, every day of the year, by knowledgeable transportation experts. Alongside our domestic services within the United States, we also provide seamless transportation to and from Mexico and Canada. Through strategic collaborations with reputable Mexican carriers, we ensure that our shipments are delivered promptly and securely. When you entrust us with your freight destined for Mexico, it remains on our trailer until final delivery.
Our inventory consists of various types of equipment, such as flats, stretch flats, single drop stretch, double drop stretch, multiple axle removable goosenecks, and 13-axle double drop RGNs. Apart from our collection of flat and specialized trailers, we also possess a significant number of van trailers. All of our vans are 53-foot air-ride trailers equipped with logistics posts and e-track.
Buchanan moderate fleet of over 300 trucks. We offer the same services typically provided exclusively by larger impersonal companies but with better customer service through our sister company Buchanan Logistics. Our capabilities include the necessary technology, equipment, and skilled staff to effectively meet even the most demanding transportation needs.
