Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: 685 Third Avenue New York, NY 10017 (on-site)
Hourly Rate: $21.63 - $28.85 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary, 3-6 month contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides high-volume coordination and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring team experience through accurate scheduling, timely communication, and reliable data/process execution. This is a hands-on role focused on interview coordination, job posting maintenance, Talent Acquisition data entry/trackers, and preboarding support (documentation, communications, and auditing).
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews by partnering closely with recruiters and hiring teams

Maintain a consistent, high-quality candidate experience through clear, timely communication

Maintain and update key trackers and logs ensuring data is entered accurately and on time; flag discrepancies, missing information, or process gaps to the Talent Acquisition leads

Support preboarding activities to ensure new hires are ready for start date, including background check validation, new hire communications, and documentation

Provide general administrative support for day-to-day TA activities, including inbox/task queue coverage, tracker maintenance, and coordination support as needed

Identify issues and suggest process improvements to improve consistency and candidate/hiring team experience

Requirements:

A High School Diploma is required

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience is required

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Experience in using an applicant tracking system (ATS) Workday is preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to establish and maintain relationships

Proactive and strong time management skills

Ability to adapt quickly and have continuous improvement mindset

Ability to manage multiple priorities with high level of detail

Demonstrated problem-solving skills
