About This Opportunity

Petra Funds Group is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support our continued growth.  As a Contract Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of corporate and operational roles. You'll partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, proactively source talent, manage candidates through the interview process, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience from initial outreach through onboarding.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys balancing relationship management with hands-on sourcing and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Please note: While you will recruit exclusively for Petra Funds Group and work closely with Petra's Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, the successful candidate will be employed by our recruiting partner, ZRG, and dedicated full-time to the Petra account. This position offers the opportunity to become an integral part of Petra's recruiting function while being employed through our trusted talent acquisition partner.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions across Petra Funds Group.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide market insights.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates and assess experience, skills, and overall fit.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Guide hiring teams through interview feedback, candidate selection, and hiring decisions.
• Prepare and manage offers in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
• Support pre-employment activities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner, providing proactive communication and exceptional stakeholder support throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills, including identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and influence recruiting decisions.
• Experience managing offers and supporting candidates through the hiring process.

Preferred

• Recruiting experience within fund administration, accounting, financial services, asset management, or alternative investments.
• Experience recruiting accounting, finance, operations, or corporate professionals.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience working in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is a contract recruiting position dedicated exclusively to supporting Petra Funds Group. The successful candidate will be employed by ZRG and embedded within Petra's Talent Acquisition team, working closely with Petra leaders and hiring managers on day-to-day recruiting activities.
