We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Taco Bell team! This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, team development, and overall store performance.

As a Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the success of the store by leading your team, delivering a great customer experience, and driving results.

What you’ll do:

Oversee daily store operations and overall performance
Lead, coach, and develop the team
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns as needed
Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs
Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
Monitor sales and financial performance to drive profitability
Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor to meet business needs
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and safety standards
Support execution of marketing initiatives and new product rollouts
Maintain store facilities, equipment, and overall cleanliness
QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:

Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
Previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to lead and develop a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Commitment to customer satisfaction

Please note this position requires flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
