What you’ll do:
Help teams adopt new processes and improve day-to-day use of Microsoft 365 tools.
Build or enhance workflows using tools like Power Automate and Microsoft Forms.
Work directly with departments to review and restructure digital file systems in Microsoft tools like OneDrive.
Audit existing documents and identify opportunities for simplification, consolidation, or clean-up.
Create templates, guides, and documentation for department-level use.
Collaborate with IT and end users to support process improvements and ensure a smooth transition.

Technical Skills: Exposure to or experience working with Microsoft 365 tools.
