The Systems Analyst will collaborate with agile teams to produce complex technical documentation, including functional designs and data mapping. They will also manage competing priorities while integrating healthcare systems and digital transactions.
Job Description
Skills & Experience
Required · 5+ years Systems Analysis experience · Healthcare experience, preferably with a payer · Experience working in an agile environment and closely collaborating with scum masters
· Experience producing complex technical documentation including demonstrated ability to create: o Functional design documents o System flows and diagrams o Data mapping documents
· Strong SQL proficiency · Ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities Preferred · Understanding of bi directional data exchange, digital healthcare transactions, and CMS mandates o Experience working with or integrating Epic
· Knowledge of REST APIs, integration patterns, and service oriented architectures
· Experience with FHIR, HL7, IGs, and broader clinical data exchange
· Exposure to technical environments such as: o AWS, OpenShift, Aurora o Java/Quarkus microservices o API first architectures.
