UKG Systems Administrator

Location: Martinez, CA

Are you an experienced UKG Systems Administrator looking to support a complex healthcare environment? We are seeking a UKG professional who can administer, enhance, and optimize workforce management and scheduling systems supporting a 24/7 operation.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, Clinical teams, and IT stakeholders while leveraging advanced UKG technologies to drive workforce efficiency, scheduling accuracy, and payroll integrity.

What You'll Be Doing

• Administer and support UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.
• Configure and maintain timekeeping, attendance, accruals, leave, and scheduling processes.
• Support workforce scheduling operations in a 24/7 healthcare environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations, data interfaces, and system workflows.
• Develop and optimize reports, analytics, and workforce insights.
• Support upgrades, testing efforts, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Operations, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Document system changes, configurations, and best practices.
• Train users and provide ongoing system support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of systems administration experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on UKG Workforce Management administration experience within large enterprise environments.
• 2+ years supporting healthcare or hospital operations.
• Experience administering:
  • UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) and/or Workforce Central (WFC)
  • Timekeeping
  • Absence Management
  • Advanced Scheduling
  • Clinical Scheduling Extensions
  • Workforce Analytics
  • Data Hub
• Strong understanding of:
  • Pay Rules and Work Rules
  • Attendance and leave policies
  • Accrual management
  • Labor and scheduling rules
  • Workforce data management

Preferred Experience

• Unionized workforce environments with multiple collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
• UKG Integration Hub, Workforce Integration Manager, APIs, and interface management.
• UKG Workforce Management Analytics.
• UKG Bryte Assistive AI for WFM.
• UKG People Assist.
• UKG Document Manager.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinez, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
