The Deck Supervisor is responsible for checking in families and directing children to their instructors. They also patrol the pool area to observe operations and provide assistance to swimmers and staff as needed.

What will you do as a Deck Supervisor?
- Check-in families and direct children to their instructors
- Assist swimmers and instructors from the deck as needed
- Responsible for observing and patrolling the pool area
What are we looking for in a Deck Supervisor?
- A happy, energetic team member who loves working with children and supporting families with kindness and patience.
- Preferable but not required to maintain Red Cross CPR/AED certification
- Preferable for previous swim instruction experience
- This position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods while supervising pool operations and assisting staff or swimmers, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 75 pounds when necessary.
