Position Summary:
The Shift Closer is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient end-of-day operation. This role focuses on closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing the store for the next business day. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details:

•  Part-time position with potential for up to 40 hours per week 
•  Shift hours: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM 
•  Must be available nights, weekends, and peak seasons as needed 

Key Responsibilities:

•  Execute all closing procedures in accordance with company standards 
•  Clean and sanitize all workstations, equipment, and customer areas 
•  Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas 
•  Restock inventory and supplies for the next day’s operations 
•  Take out trash and ensure proper disposal procedures are followed 
•  Properly shut down and clean equipment at the end of the night 
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 
•  Secure the store by following all closing and lock-up procedures 
•  Communicate any issues, low inventory, or maintenance needs to management 

Qualifications:

•  Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards 
•  Ability to work independently and stay on task 
•  Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic 
•  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs 
•  Previous food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
