Yokozuna is an Asian restaurant and sushi bar located in Downtown Tulsa and South Tulsa. From sushi to Asian fusion dishes and a vibrant entree menu, Yoko offers something for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to prepare a variety of menu items, using grills, ovens, and other equipment.
Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and meets quality standards.
Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
Uphold safety and sanitation standards.
Portion and quality control.

 
QualificationsQualifications

One-year prior cooking experience. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Strong knife skills.
Willingness to learn basic sushi rolling techniques.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be able to work Sundays. 
Must provide a THD Food Handler.
