Summary
The Surgical Attendant is responsible for cleaning surgical suites and perioperative areas while assisting with the transportation of patients. They also manage the stocking of supplies and the application of orthopedic equipment.
Job Description
The Surgical Attendant works under the supervision of the Director. Performs cleaning of all areas and furniture within the surgical suite, perioperative and related areas. Assists the schedule coordinator with transportation of patients, pick-up and delivery. Assists with stocking of supplies. Demonstrates knowledge and skill in the application of and caring for orthopedic equipment.
