If you have: 

Three (3) years minimum administrative/clerical experience required
Experience in a Purchasing environment is preferable
Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook

Intermediate level or above Excel skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation

Pricing Services Support

Engage with suppliers to:

Obtain and Validate Price Files
Obtain Return Policies, Terms and Conditions
Price Adjustment Notification Maintenance

Maintain and Update Databases

Communication Maintenance of Department Inboxes
Prepare Reports as required
Other duties as required
80% - 90% Sitting
