Experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor
Newport News
Monday - Saturday | 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
$16 - $17/hour | Weekly Pay
Are you ready to lead a team, solve challenges, and deliver exceptional service?
This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in retail, restaurants, warehouses, janitorial services, or other service-driven industries.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations and maintain high cleaning standards across multiple locations
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 15-20 cleaners
- Conduct inspections and provide hands-on support when needed
- Nurture strong relationships with clients and employees
What You Won't Do:
- Hiring, scheduling, or chasing supplies — we've got dedicated staff for that!
- Handle difficult situations alone — our management team is nearby and ready to support you.
Requirements:
✔️ 2+ years of leadership experience
✔️ Strong communication skills (in person, phone, text, and email)
✔️ Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
✔️ Passion for quality work and customer service
Part-Time Evening Cleaner
Monday - Friday | 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM
$13/hour | Weekly Pay
