Job Details: Job Location: 30W315 CALUMET AVE - WARRENVILLE, IL, Salary Range: $19.00 - $20.00Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Join the Two Brothers team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for supporting production activities, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Duties
Packing and stacking cases off the end of the can line
Assist in pulling and packing order is the warehouse
Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, stacking, and organizing inventory with precision and care
Assist in the sanitation process by cleaning equipment, storage areas, and production zones in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
Support brewing and packaging operations by preparing ingredients, loading raw materials, and ensuring proper storage conditions
Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate inventory records using basic math skills for counting, recording, and verifying stock levels
Follow strict safety protocols for chemical handling, industrial cleaning agents, and operating machinery in a food & beverage production environment
Qualifications: Qualifications, Skills and Abilities required of candidate:
Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Work safely and efficiently in a busy work environment
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly and maneuver 160 lbs. kegs (with team members or vacuum lift) as needed
Must be able to twist/turn, bend, reach over shoulders and stand/walk on a continual basis
Work continually on your feet for eight hours at a time in wet areas.

Two Brothers Brewing Company was founded by Jim and Jason Ebel in late 1996. The business was envisioned by the brothers based on their entry into entrepreneurship with The Brewer’s Coop, a retail store catering to home beer and wine making. In 1992 The Brewer’s Coop opened its doors in Naperville, IL selling retail ingredients and equipment for the homebrewing community. The more they were surrounded by brewing, the more passionate they became about opening their own microbrewery. In early 1996 they decided to take the plunge and started writing a business plan. Several months later their dream became reality.
In 1998 they installed their first bottling line, an 8-head bottling line which had a capacity of about 16 bottles per minute. Due to increased sales and demand, Two Brothers replaced their 8 head bottle filler in 2003, with a state of the art 20 head machine that has a capacity of 150 bottles per minute. In November of 2007 Two Brothers moved into a new 40,000 square foot facility. When they moved, they took the opportunity to install a new 50 barrel brewing system and added 3000 barrels of fermentation space. By April of 2008, they had reached capacity in the new brewery and went through another expansion. These expansions seem to be ongoing endeavors, with the brothers adding fermentation capacity every year. 2013 included more big expansions, including the installation of a new 48-head bottle filler capable of filling 300 bottles per minute.
