Executive Home Care of Gwinnett Northwest is a home care company proudly serving an expansive area of Northwest Gwinnett County, including Peachtree Corners, Duluth, Norcross, Suwanee, Buford and Lawrenceville.

We seek a highly motivated, strategic, and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) who help us to build our operations from the ground up and to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Please note that this is an in-person role only! You must currently reside in the metro Atlanta area to be considered.
The RN Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing client cases and for leading a current and future staff of caregivers, as required by state regulations. Since this location is newly launched, working hours will gradually increase as we continue to grow with the role transitioning to a full-time capacity.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:· Conduct New client assessments and develop care plans· Case monitoring, conduct 60-day client visits and 30-day client check-in phone calls· Provides supervision, oversight, and coordination of the care providing staff (as applicable)· Performs staff training and retraining as needed· Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed· Responds to emergency situations· Communicate with other members of the homecare team· Ensures that required documentation is complete and in compliance with state and accrediting standards· Communicate with patients and families regarding treatment and care
