Supervising Clinician (LCSW-S / LPC-S) – Full/Part-Time (Supervision Only)

Scope: Supervision-Only (No Direct Patient Care)
States: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA
Salary: $350 - $5000/Monthly
Position Overview
Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking experienced LCSW-S and LPC-S Supervisors to support the development, oversight, and clinical quality of associate-level therapists.
This role is not traditional clinical work—it is a high-impact leadership position focused on:
- Clinical quality
- Documentation accuracy
- Compliance
- Provider development
Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that every associate clinician operates within clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards, while maintaining alignment with Impireum’s whole-person care model.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision
- Provide required individual and/or group supervision

Review and approve:
- Treatment plans
- Clinical documentation
- Guide clinical decision-making and case formulation
Compliance & Oversight

Ensure compliance with:
- State licensing boards
- Payer requirements (including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards)
- Maintain audit-ready supervision documentation
- Enforce adherence to Impireum SOPs
Documentation & Quality Assurance

Review notes for:
- Medical necessity
- Accuracy
- Alignment with treatment plans
- Provide structured, actionable feedback
- Improve consistency across clinicians
Collaboration

Partner with:
- Chief Medical Officer
- Clinical leadership
- Operations & billing teams
- Support onboarding and training of associate clinicians
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license
- Eligible to supervise per state requirements
- Licensed in one or more: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA
- 3–5+ years post-licensure experience
- Prior supervision experience preferred
