Summer Lifeguards/Swim Instructors - Dahl

Join our
team of lifeguards and swim instructors to maintain the
health and safety of all participants, and provide
high-quality programming, while building relationships with
members and program participants. This position is
available at our Dahl branch in La Crosse, WI.

Details:

• Flexible hours – PART-TIME and FULL-TIME positions available for the summer!
• Work
  rain or shine in a controlled environment
• We will train qualified applicants
• Pool is open from 5am - 8:30pm Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday.​

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the
  health and safety of all participants
• Enforce
  rules and expectations
• Constant
  vigilance of pool activities
• Conduct
  YMCA Learn-to-Swim lessons

Requirements

• Must
  be at least 15 years old
• Lifeguard
  Certification (for lifeguards only)
• CPR/AED for the
  Professional Rescuer Certification (lifeguards
  only)
• YMCA
  Water Instructor Certification preferred
  (Instructors only)
• Must
  enjoy working around children and adults of all
  ages
