Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Reports to: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Primary Purpose: Set up, services, and maintains all food and beverage in the Suites. 

Responsibilities: 

• Serves food and beverages to guests as required 
• Takes beverage orders and serves accordingly 
• Maintains cleanliness of Suites and work area 
• Suite set up as directed for Supervisor
• Greets Suite guests and informs guests of food and beverage availability and Sam Houston Race Park amenities 
• Other duties assigned

TABC certified and TxRC *icensed.

Minimum I-year prior experience preferred.
