Sugarloaf Outside Services and Parking Lot Attendant

Overview

Sugarloaf is seeking Parking Lot Attendants to join our Outside Services team for the 2026-27 winter season. The primary responsibility of this position is to direct guests to park in a safe and efficient manner. Additionally, Parking Lot Attendants greet guests, answer questions regarding Sugarloaf and its surrounding area, and will also help load/unload gear, skis/snowboards and luggage to cars and shuttles.

Part time and full time positions are available in this role. Both start at an hourly wage of $15.50-18.00 (based on experience) and come with great job perks and resort discounts. If you enjoy interacting with people in an outdoor environment, please apply today!

Responsibilities

• Arrive at work promptly and on time

• Direct guests and employees to appropriate parking locations

• Maintain order in parking lots

• Assist in snow and trash removal throughout the resort

• Exhibit a professional, courteous, and friendly attitude at all times

• Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions

• Must be able to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all interactions with guests and fellow employees

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as those are our busiest times
