DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Teach a variety of courses as assigned.
Abide by school rules, policies, and procedures.
Communicate effectively with school leadership and other classroom teachers.
Participate/attend school events when necessary.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
B.A. (or higher)
Current Washington State Teaching Certificate with an endorsement (or the ability to obtain a certificate)
Prior experience working with students in an educational setting (or similar)
Demonstrate patience, flexibility, and strong classroom-management skills
Ability to facilitate classroom instruction and carry out teacher's outlined lesson plan
Support the Catholic identity, values, and mission of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School
Communicate clearly and professionally
Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and families
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
