We provide a wide range of programs and services that enhance the quality of life for over 1,400 individuals across 33 locations, including group homes, employment centers, and community programs.
Job Title: Substitute Receptionist / Front Desk
Location: Manville, NJ
Pay: $19.47 / Hour
Days and time: Weekdays, 9:00am to 4:00pm
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience: Preferred 2 years of Secretarial experience, answering phones and Computer skills.
Job Description:
- Manage and oversee agency front door security including admissions to building.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct to proper people.
- Pick up and distribute mail. Process outgoing mail and take it to post office.
- Provide support to all agency departments with regards to mailings, emails and other outreach activities.
- Receive vendors, Maintenance and delivery of supplies ensuring safe drop off.
- Perform additional duties as requested by supervisor.
