About the Role
Are you passionate about your Franklin Pierce experience and ready to help future Ravens find their place here? Join our team as a Content Ambassador. You’ll connect with prospective students through one-on-one chats and group communities on various platforms. This includes our new engagement tool, Unibuddy, which helps to welcome incoming students. You will offer real, relatable insights into college life from your unique perspective.
Responsibilities
- Engage in one-on-one chats with prospective students via our Unibuddy platform
- Participate in Unibuddy Community group discussions by welcoming new members, answering questions, and helping conversations flow
- Share your experiences with academics, campus life, housing, dining, student organizations, and other aspects of life at Franklin Pierce
- Represent your major, interests, and activities in a genuine and approachable way
- Support the team by helping plan and develop content that encourages student engagement
- Post regularly in Unibuddy groups, ideally 3-7 posts per week per student
- Monitor group activity and help maintain a positive and welcoming environment
- Help build a welcoming, inclusive digital space for all future students
- Represent the spirit & values of our community in a friendly, welcoming way
This position will have a paid training period in late August/ early September
Software tools will be provided: Unibuddy login, FPU-provided software, Ability to work over academic breaks.
Qualifications:
- Be a current Franklin Pierce University undergraduate student
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to help others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and creative, with good attention to detail
- Access to a mobile phone and computer
The Franklin Pierce University Department of Nursing Education offers threeprograms: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing, and a dual degree in Master of science in Nursing/Master of Business Administration.
RN to BS in Nursing Mission
The RN to BS Nursing program is designed for students who hold an RN license and have earned an Associate degree in Nursing or diploma in nursing. Curriculum requirements may be met through transfer credits, course enrollment, and challenge exams. Nursing students matriculated in an Associate degree nursing program may enroll in the RN to BS program before graduating from the ADN program.Students may enroll for part-time or full-time study.

Master of Science in Nursing Mission
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program is designed to provide nurses from all clinical and academic backgrounds the opportunity to obtain a graduate degree in nursing.
