- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Marktbesuches für unsere KundInnen
- Unterstützung bei der Abholung von Online-Bestellungen, Reparaturen sowie bei Rückgaben und Umtauschen von Waren
- Unterstützung der KundInnen bei Finanzierungsanfragen oder dem Kauf auf Rechnung
- Unterstützung im Umgang und bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenbeschwerden
- Unterstützung bei Aktionen und Veranstaltungen im Markt
