The student worker will provide daily support for purchasing and administrative services, including room scheduling, event calendars, and key inventory management. They will also assist with processing business card orders, website edits, and various setup forms.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and Administrative Services daily support in room scheduling, events calendar, photo/film shoot requests, key requests and distribution, key inventorying, hanging keys, requesting certificates of insurance from insurance broker, processing setup forms, working with webmaster for website edits, processing business card orders, processing Founders Inn reservations.
Requirements:
- Experience in Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word documents and Microsoft Outlook. Editing/grammar proficiency required. Typing 75 wpm
- Detail-oriented, diligent, highly motivated, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deal effectively with students, staff, faculty, vendors, and visitors
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple details and projects at one time is essential
- Must put Christ first in every part of his/her life; strive for excellence in work habits and personal life, exhibit leadership and initiative when expected
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds.

Salary: $14.00 per hour
