Student Worker - Local County Library System Aid (Work-Study)
Job Description:
The Local County Library Systems and the School of Education is a representative of the office and university both off site and on campus. The appointed individual will:
- Be reliable/dependable/professional/conscientious.
- Be a friendly and outgoing/team player.
- Assist with preschool story hours as scheduled by the Frederick County Library System librarians.
- Assist with family programming as scheduled by the Frederick County Library System librarians.
- Perform and follow through with tasks as assigned by (staff librarians).
- Student will need to provide their own transportation both to and from work.
Salary and Hours
- Students are paid the current minimum wage for Maryland.
- Students will work a total of eight (8) hours per week.
