Student Worker - Fields/Stadiums

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for helping with the set up a for practices and game days. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Set up game fields and some practice fields.
2. Move goals and benches
3. Turning on clocks for games/practices
4. Mostly outside events in the fall, indoor in the winter, outside in the spring.
5. Other duties as assigned

Education Employment eligibility:

• Currently enrolled Delaware Valley University student
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide required documentation to verify identity and employment eligibility

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: 

1. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
2. Occasionally lifting 25 lbs or less
3. Frequently lifting 25 lbs or more
4. Typically standing or walking
5. Typically bending, crouching, stooping
6. Climbing ladders, scaffolds
7. Typically running, climbing
8. Using tools requiring high dexterity
9. Outdoor exposure to weather
10. Exposure to chemicals
11. Exposure to moving machinery
12. Exposure to unpleasant odors
13. High noise environment
14. High dust, dirt, grease environment
15. Must hold valid driver’s license
16. May have an alternative work schedule
