Summary
The student worker will serve as the first point of contact for the Advocacy and Resource Center, greeting visitors and assisting with registration. They will also perform various office duties, including data entry, stocking the food pantry, and supporting campus events.
Job Description
The Advocacy and Resource Center (ARC) provides students the personal support and assistance they need to succeed in college. One of the services is the Commodore Cupboard, a Lorain County Community College food pantry available to students and the community. We seek student workers in various capacities in The Advocacy and Resource Center (ARC) office and the food pantry.

Since opening in Fall 2007, over 2,000 students have enrolled in courses in Wellington. Credit and non-credit courses are offered through on-site and interactive video distance learning instruction. In addition, many services are available to the community - including computer access, employment workshops and meeting space. Our students mainly come from southern Lorain County as well as Ashland, Huron, Medina, Erie and Wayne counties.
