Summary
The student receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for the University Counseling Center, managing front desk operations and scheduling appointments. They will also process routine paperwork and maintain an organized, confidential environment for clients.

Pay Range: Targeted salary of $11.00/hour, based on education and experience.
Benefits Eligible: No
Work Schedule: 2-3 days a week. 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM.

Position Introduction: The University Counseling Center is seeking a dependable, friendly, and professional student to join our front desk team as a Student Receptionist. This position serves as one of the first points of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors seeking services at the University Counseling Center. The ideal candidate will provide welcoming and respectful customer service while helping maintain an organized, professional, and confidential environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in counseling, psychology, social work, healthcare, education, or other helping professions to gain valuable experience working in a university clinical setting. |

The Center for English as a Second Language (CESL) at the University of Oklahoma (OU) offers in-person English language courses for international students on the Norman campus of the University of Oklahoma, and off-site courses for businesses providing English-language courses for their employees.
Our location on campus provides students with access to all University of Oklahoma resources including housing, dining, transportation, libraries, medical facilities, and more.
We provide the following English language services:
* Intensive English Program: Full time, 20 hours per week including:
-grammar
-reading
-writing
-listening
-speaking
-seminars - U.S. history/government, presentation skills, public speaking, test preparation
* Test prep: IELTS, TOEFL iBT
* Community English: Part-time courses for students already living in our community
-General English, including grammar, speaking, listening, reading, writing
* Individualized programs designed for partner universities or businesses
