The Navigator Program is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Peer Guides to support incoming students in Flight Planning classes for Fall 2026.
Compensation: $400 stipend
Position Responsibilities: Peer Guides play an important role in helping new students transition to university life. Responsibilities include:
- Serving as a resource for incoming freshmen on social, personal, and academic issues.
- Leading discussions and activities during Flight Planning classes.
- Helping new students and their families become familiar with university policies, procedures, campus resources, and student activities.
- Supporting the overall success of the Navigator Program.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualified applicants should:
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills.
- Be responsible, reliable, creative, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Work well as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor.
- Understand and support the goals and philosophy of the Navigator Program.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
