Internship Duration and Schedule

Our internship program is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience while offering flexibility to balance academic commitments. Internship opportunities may vary in length, from six months to 12+ months, giving students the chance to immerse themselves in real projects, build professional skills, and make a lasting impact.

We offer flexible scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, designed to work around your class schedule. Additional hours may be available during summer months.

Internship Areas

• Engineering & Product Development:

Support innovation through product design, development, testing, prototyping, research, and continuous improvement projects. Opportunities may include mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial design, software, and related technical fields.

• Marketing & Communications:

Contribute to content creation, digital marketing, social media, brand initiatives, video production, storytelling, and customer engagement efforts.

• Human Resources:

Gain experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and workplace culture initiatives.

• Finance & Accounting:

 Learn how financial processes support business growth through reporting, analysis, budgeting, and accounting activities.

• Production & Supply Chain:

Support manufacturing, planning, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, quality, and operational improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree, diploma, or technical program
• Interest in gaining hands-on professional experience
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
• A positive attitude and desire to contribute to team success

Work Location

• Realityworks is located in Eau Claire, WI. Internship opportunities may be onsite, hybrid, or a combination of both, depending on the needs of the role and department.
