The Opportunity

What You Will Do & Learn:

• Hands-On Lab Work: Gain practical experience operating essential electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and logic analyzers while mastering the hardware debugging process for AI servers.
• Test & Verification: Assist with hardware test execution, test script creation, data analysis, visualization, and documentation of test results.
• Automation Design: Learn test requirement definition and help design hardware test automation frameworks and solutions.
• Full Lifecycle Exposure: Understand the end-to-end product development cycle for high-performance data center AI/ML server architecture.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for passionate, eager-to-learn students ready to apply their academic foundation to real-world challenges.

• Education: Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering degree program.
• Project & Lab Experience: Completion of relevant EE courses with practical lab work. We are highly interested in candidates who have tackled hands-on school projects involving developing and/or programming hardware.
• Programming & AI: Good working knowledge of scripting languages, particularly Python. Experience using AI tools for code generation and optimization is a major plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic circuit theory and the ability to read and understand engineering schematics.
• Tools: The ability to rapidly learn new hardware testing tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  Strong time management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.  Ability to manage ambiguity.

Physical Demands

• Duties of this position are performed in a normal office with exposure to manufacturing environments.
• Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data
• Repetitive manual movements are frequently required (e.g. data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc).
• Basic manufacturing system knowledge.

Salary

The range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including but not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate.

The hourly wage is determined by the years of study completed and is non-negotiable as per company policy.

Hourly Wage: $24-30 USD/hour
