The Graduate Assistant will conduct literature reviews, summarize survey data, and assist with the organization of conferences and summits. Additionally, they will be responsible for revising and building Blackboard organizations for the Center.

Job Description

Job Title: Graduate Assistant - Center for Interprofessional Healthcare Education (IPE)
Department: School of Health Sciences
Student Employment Type: Graduate Assistant (Tuition Waiver)
Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with the director and assistant director of the Center for Interprofessional Healthcare Education each week.
  • Conduct literature reviews and draft writing of the literature according to a template provided.
  • Draft summarization of survey data according to a template provided.
  • Assist with fall and spring conference/summit.
  • Revise and build Blackboard organizations for the Center.
  • Position may combined with the GA for Simulation in the School of Health Science depending on abilities and interest.
Qualifications:
  • Experience and interest in the concepts of interprofessional healthcare education and collaborative practice as indicated by participation in those programs at Quinnipiac University.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
Hours of Position:
  • 5hrs per week 
  • Work hours are flexible, and a schedule will be established between the GA and the director.
