The student assistant will provide clerical office support, manage phone inquiries, and greet students and families. They may also assist with various on-campus events.

Job Title: Student Employment: Financial Aid Student Assistant
Department: Financial Aid
Student Employment Type: Federal Work Study
Responsibilities:
  • Phones
  • Clerical office support
  • Greet students and families
Qualifications:
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Spanish speaking applicants preferred to assist families.
Hours of Position:
  • Up to 15hrs per week during the summer; Up to 10hrs per week during the fall
  • The Financial Aid Office is open Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00.
  • Student schedules will fall within traditional business hours. 
  • Students may be offered the opportunity to assist with weekend on-campus events.
